Written By Whom
Trope Index is a catalogue of sapphic situations, each one lived by a fictional woman you can talk to. It was shelved in November 2026 for adult readers, and nobody in it is real.
Who made it
A few readers of the genre. We drafted sixteen tropes, gave each a woman with a trade and a hometown, and taught her to begin a scene mid-sentence. Every entry is hand-filed and carries two marks, one for heat and one for pace, which describe the tone of the scene truthfully.
On the address
The address belongs to an old habit of the internet and describes nothing you will find here: no stock, no performers, no recordings. Brand and index are ours alone, and nobody running a similar address is connected to us.
What we will not do
- Put a man into a plot, or change what a character is after she has been shelved.
- Present a woman as real, or arrange anyone for you to see.
- Write any trope that trades on classrooms or on a character seeming less than fully adult.
- Sell what you write, or pass it on to an advertiser.
Talking to the desk
Anything sent to the email in the footer lands with the people who run the catalogue. Missing tropes, mislabelled scenes and kind words are all read.
